Once a print has been purchased, how long before we can expect to receive it?
Within 2 to 4 weeks.
Do you have a catalog?
Yes we have a catalog and will be happy to send you one.

How long will these prints last?
Each print is printed on Ilford Archival paper and Epson archival inks, testing has concluded that these will last 50 to 100 years.
“Do you sign your photographs?”  
Photographs will be signed by the artist upon request.  Otherwise, they are shipped unsigned.
Do you sell unmounted/unmatted prints?
Guadalupe Peak 360” and “Papoose Room Panoramic” are over four feet long.  They are shipped unmounted, in a mailing tube.  All other prints are sold mounted and matted only.
What is your return policy?
Prints are made to order for each customer.  Refunds will not be given, however, photographs that are received damaged will be replaced at no charge.
Do you license your images for commercial use?
Yes.  Please contact the Sales Department with your proposal and we will furnish a no-obligation quote for one-time commercial use.
Do you offer shipping discounts on orders for more than one print?
Yes.  Please contact Sales Department with your order information and a shipping discount will be applied to the order.
By whom and where are your high-quality prints made?
Each print is custom made by the photographer in Carlsbad, NM.
